O presente artigo apresentará reflexões sobre a possibilidade de ampliação do rol dos dados pessoais denominados sensíveis pela Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados. Para tanto, inicialmente apresentar-se-á a evolução da privacidade e a proteção dos dados pessoais, a fim de promover a introdução do conteúdo ao leitor. Depois abordar-se-ão breves noções entre dados pessoais e dados pessoais sensíveis fazendo a respectiva diferenciação. Ao final, far-se-á uma abordagem a fim de analisar se o rol dos dados pessoais sensíveis previstos pela Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados é passível de ampliação.
This article will present reflections on the possibility of expanding the list of per-sonal data called sensitive by the General Data Protection Law. To do so, initially, the evolution of privacy and the protection of personal data will be presented, in order to promote the introduction of content to the reader. Afterwards, brief notions between personal data and sensitive personal data will be addressed, making the respective differentiation. In the end, an approach will be taken in order to analyze whether the list of sensitive personal data provided for by the General Data Pro-tection Law is subject to expansion.
