O estudo investigou o estágio obrigatório do Bacharelado em Engenharia de Produção da Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora. A lei do estágio descreve os participantes: estagiário, empresa e Instituição de Ensino Superior (IES). Realizou-se uma investigação da relação entre os participantes e a dualidade teoria-prática. O trabalho destaca que os envolvidos devem ter uma relação próxima, visto que um distanciamento entre eles é prejudicial para todos. Assim, um projeto de estágio, juntamente com a aproximação IES-Aluno-Empresa, com o aluno focalizado, é fundamental.
The study investigated the internship required of a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora. The law of the stage describes the participants: trainee, company and institution of Higher Education (IES). There was an investigation of the relationship between the participants and duality theory and practice. With ongoing research, the study highlights that those involved should have a close relationship as a distance between them is harmful to everyone. Thus, a draft stage, along with the approximation IES-Student-Company, with the student focused, is fundamental.
