Este artigo pretende apresentar um breve mapeamento e refletir sobre as práticas premiadas pelo Instituto Innovare entre os anos de 2004 e de 2020, na categoria “Juiz”, a fim de compreender como se dão e quais são os dilemas e obstáculos para a sua difusão e a sua efetiva implementação no âmbito do Poder Judiciário. Como cediço, o Prêmio Innovare tem como objetivo identificar, divulgar e difundir práticas que contribuam para o aprimoramento da Justiça no Brasil. No entanto, a hipótese da pesquisa estranhava (e pressupunha) a baixa adesão e a tímida divulgação e concretização das práticas premiadas. Para dar conta de compreender esse contexto, de forma incipiente e exploratória, realizou-se pesquisa empírica, de viés qualitativo, no período de dezembro de 2020 a março de 2021, através de entrevistas feitas por formulários on-line encaminhados e respondidos por 50 (cinquenta) magistrados de diferentes estados da federação, aqui não identificados, por opção metodológica. Os resultados da pesquisa explicitam que, muito embora grande parte das práticas premiadas pelo Innovare sejam de simples execução, a sua implementação costuma se dar através de um processo lento, imprevisto e eventualmente não sistematizado, constituindo-se como principais obstáculos para a efetiva concretização das práticas tanto a ineficiente divulgação do conteúdo teórico e operacional dos projetos, quanto a ausência de apoio e de respaldo institucional por parte dos Tribunais aos magistrados que têm a intenção de incorporar a lógica da inovação e de replicar as práticas premiadas em suas atividades.

This article aims to present a brief mapping and reflect on the practices awarded by the Innovare Institute between 2004 and 2020 in the “Judge” category, in order to understand how they occur, what are the dilemmas and obstacles to their dissemination and effective implementation within the Judiciary Branch. As it is known, the Innovare Award aims to identify, publicize and disseminate practices that contribute to the improvement of Justice in Brazil. However, the research hypothesis found odd (and presupposed) the low adherence and the timid dissemination and implementation of the award-winning practices. In order to understand this context, in an incipient and exploratory way, a qualitative empirical research was carried out from December 2020 to March 2021, through online interviews forwarded to and answered by fifty (50) judges from different states of the federation, not identified here for methodological reasons. The research results show that, although most of the practices awarded by Innovare are simple to execute, their implementation usually takes place through a slow, unpredictable and occasionally non-systematized process, constituting the main obstacles to the effective implementation of practices, both the inefficient dissemination of the theoretical and operational content of the projects, and the absence of institutional support and endorsement from the Courts to the judges who intend to incorporate the logic of innovation and replicate the award-winning practices in their activities.
