Este artigo refere-se à investigação sobre temáticas no Currículo de Matemática. Ao propor o trabalho com temas de interesse, busca-se desenvolver assuntos importantes tanto para a formação dos estudantes, quanto para o desenvolvimento dos conteúdos matemáticos do Ensino Médio. Para auxiliar na escolha de tais temas, foi realizada uma pesquisa de base qualitativa, a qual possibilitou estabelecer um conjunto de critérios que teve como fundamentação teórica as pesquisas de Skovsmose, Doll Jr. e Silva. O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar os possíveis temas que podem ser explorados no Ensino Médio, na disciplina de Matemática, visando revisar, aprofundar ou construir conceitos matemáticos. O estudo permitiu elaborar uma classificação para os temas, buscando auxiliar no planejamento do professor que se propõe a utilizar essa estratégia em sala de aula. Como resultado da pesquisa, indica-se um caminho para prática docente, por meio de uma exemplificação, com a temática Político-Social.

This article refers to research on themes in the Mathematics Curriculum. By proposing work with themes of interest, we seek to develop important subjects both for the education of students and for the development of mathematical content of High School. To assist in the choice of such themes, a qualitative research was carried out, which made it possible to establish a set of criteria that had as theoretical foundation the research by Skovsmose, Doll Jr. and Silva. The aim of this article is to present the possible themes that can be explored in High School, in the Mathematics discipline, aiming to review, deepen or build mathematical concepts. The study allowed us to elaborate a classification for the themes, seeking to assist in the planning of the teacher who proposes to use this strategy in the classroom. As a result of the research, it is indicated a way for teaching practice, through an exemplification, with the Political-Social theme.
