O presente artigo tem como objetivo compreender o perfil das mulheres que são enquadradas pelo sistema de justiça paranaense como vítimas de feminicídio íntimo. Para tanto, através de uma pesquisa quantitativa e qualitativa, analisam-se dados e características anunciados em 300 processos de feminicídio no Paraná, entre 2015 e 2020, tais como: raça; escolaridade; idade; tipo de relacionamento entre autor e vítima; motivações narradas pelo autor no cometimento do crime. Assim, através de reflexões pautadas por uma epistemologia feminista em diálogo com uma compreensão descolonial, diagnosticou-se a repetição de determinadas condições de uma humanidade branca, cis, heteronormativa e familista no reconhecimento da vítima de feminicídio íntimo pelo sistema de justiça paranaense. Tal diagnóstico se apoia tanto na negligência de informações qualificadas sobre as vítimas negras e amarelas nos autos do processo quanto na superinclusão da categoria branca quando há dúvidas sobre como a raça da vítima deve ser categorizada. Ademais, a pesquisa revela a faceta transindividual dos feminicídios, ou seja, uma expressão de violência política, urbana e estatal.

The purpose of the present article is to comprehend the profile of the women framed as victims of intimate femicide by the State of Paraná justice system. For this, through both quantitative and qualitative research, are analyzed data and attributes from 300 femicide lawsuits in Paraná filed between 2015 and 2020, such as: race; schooling; age; type of relationship between offender and victim; alleged motivations by the offender to commit the crime. Therefore, based on a feminist epistemology in dialogue with a decolonial perspective, it was diagnosed the repetition of certain conditions of a white, cis, heteronormative and familist humanity in the recognition of the victim of intimate femicide by the State of Paraná justice system. This diagnosis is supported both by the neglect of qualified information regarding black and yellow victims in the case records and by the overinclusion of the white category whenever there are doubts about how the victim’s race must be categorized. Furthermore, the research reveals the transindividual facet of femicide, that is, an expression of political, urban, and state violence.
