A pesquisa pretende investigar a vitimização feminina em Fortaleza/CE. Utiliza-se uma abordagem interseccional na análise de 289 inquéritos policiais e processos judiciais da Comarca de Fortaleza, relativos a crimes de homicídio de mulheres e feminicídios ocorridos entre 2015 e 2019. Consideram-se raça/cor das vítimas, o status social do local dos crimes, os contextos, os instrumentos dos crimes. Como resultados, verificou-se que a vitimização feminina não se limita ao contexto de feminicídio, e que a maioria das vítimas são mulheres classificadas como “pardas”, assassinadas nas áreas classificadas como “Periferia”.
The research intends to investigate female lethality in Fortaleza/CE. An intersec-tional approach is used in the analysis of 289 police inquiries and judicial proceedings of the District of Fortaleza, related to crimes of murder of women and femicides that occurred between 2015 and 2019. The race/color of the victims, the social status of the crime scene, the contexts, the instruments of the crimes are considered. As a result, it was found that female lethality is not limited to the context of femicide, and that most victims are women classified as “pardas”, murdered in areas classified as “Poor Neigh-borhood Suburb”.
