O artigo tem por objetivo traçar as características do whistleblower, e analisar os projetos de lei em tramitação perante o Congresso Nacional, cujo objeto é a inserção de tal instituto no direito penal brasileiro.
The article aims to trace the whistleblower characteristics, and make an analysis of the bills in process before the National Congress, whose object is the insertion of such institute in the Brazilian criminal law.
