"Este trabalho apresenta as formas de escuta trazidas pela Lei 13.431/2017, que objetivam primordialmente a proteção da criança e do adolescente vítimas de violência. A partir desta normativa, vem a análise sobre a conduta dos profissionais diante do desafio de ouvir a vítima, principalmente considerando o direito dessa de falar. Análise do contexto da revelação da violência do ponto de vista da necessidade de saber ouvir e dar permissão para a fala da vítima. A verdadeira motivação para a retratação da vítima e a necessidade de se ter conhecimento da dinâmica psíquica da criança e de seus desafios a partir da revelação.".
"This work presents the forms of listening brought by Law 13.431 / 2017, which aim primarily to protect children and adolescents who are victims or witnesses of violence. From this norm, comes the analysis on the conduct of professionals in the face of the challenge of listening to the victim, especially considering their right to speak. To this end, it is proposed to analyze the context of the disclosure of violence from the point of view of the need to know how to listen and give permission for the victim to speak, as well to know the true motivation for the victim's retraction and the need to have knowledge of the psychic dynamics of the child and its challenges from the revelation.".
