O presente trabalho trata dos auxílios de minimis e sua análise pela Comissão das Comunidades Europeias, tendo em vista a regra geral de proibição de auxílios de Estado no mercado comum europeu. Primeiramente, trata da afetação, critério essencial para caracterizar o auxílio de Estado. Após, discorre sobre a história da regra de minimis e o comportamento da Comissão das Comunidades Europeias acerca desta questão. Finalmente, trata das regras atualmente vigentes sobre o tema.
The author work on the de minimis state aids and their analysis by the Commission of the European Communities, considering the general rule of prohibition of State Aids in the European common market. First, it deals with the affectation, essential criteria to characterize the state aid. After, it discusses about the history of the de minimis rule and the behavior of the Commission of the European Community on this issue. Finally, it deals with the current rules on the topic.
