Trata-se de um artigo teórico de revisão de literatura motivado por problemas que a clínica psicanalítica coloca como desafio à teoria, mais especificamente sobre o que diz respeito ao que da loucura ainda excede às teorizações de Sigmund Freud e Jacques Lacan sobre as psicoses. Neste sentido, a partir da releitura que Lacan realiza sobre a obra de Freud, as reflexões de base do estudo se dão em torno de duas principais perguntas: seria possível considerar uma certa universalização da loucura, isto é, posicioná-la para além da questão estrutural, sendo plausível afirmar que há loucura tanto na neurose quanto na psicose? E ainda: seria então viável tratar de uma clínica de gradações? Ao considerar estas indagações pertinentes à práxis clínica, elas serão examinadas a partir dos conceitos psicanalíticos de Supereu, da noção freudiana de unheimlich e da ideia de pluralização dos Nomes-do-Pai, introduzidas por Lacan ao final de seu ensino.
This is a theoretical literature review article motivated by problems that the psychoanalytic clinic poses as a challenge to theory, more specifically with regard to what about madness still exceeds Sigmund Freud's and Jacques Lacan's theorisations on psychoses. In this sense, based on Lacan's re-reading of Freud's work, the basic reflections of the study revolve around two main questions: would it be possible to consider a certain universalisation of madness, in other words, to position it beyond the structural question, making it plausible to state that there is madness in both neurosis and psychosis? And furthermore: would it be feasible to deal with a clinic of gradations? Considering these questions to be pertinent to clinical practice, they will be examined based on the psychoanalytic concepts of the Superego, the Freudian notion of the unheimlich and the idea of the pluralisation of the Names of the Father, brought up by Lacan at the end of his teaching.
