Considerando que é na traje-tividade entre natureza e cultura, entre o gesto pulsional e o meio material e sociocultural, que a função simbólica instaura o real, o artigo pretende identificar as matrizes neurobiológicas, etológicas e psicossocioculturais do between nature and culture, imaginário, a partir do diálogo entre autores como Gilbert Durand (antropologia do imaginário), Edgar Morin (antropologia da complexidade), Konrad Lorenz (etologia), Antonio Damásio (neurobiologia),Joseph Cambpell (mitologia) e Stanley Keleman (abordagem somática). Numa perspectiva da teoria durandiana, mostra como, por meio do processo de simboli-zação, que marca irredutivelmente a diferença entre o homo sapiens e os animais, o imaginário define as competências simbólico-organizacionais dos indivíduos e dos grupos, organizando as experiências e ações humanas individuais e sociais.
Consider that in the way between nature and culture, between the pulsate gesture and material socialculture means, the symbolic function set up the real, the article intends identify the neurobiologic, ethologics and psychicsocialcultural matrices of imaginary, from the dialogue among the authors as Gilbert Duran (anthropology of imaginary), Edgar Morin (anthropology of complexity),Konrad Lorenz (ethology), Antonio Damasio (neurobiology), Joseph Campbell (mythology) and Stanley Keleman (somaticapproach). ln a perspective of Durand 's theory we see by means of symbolíc process, which marks irreducibly the dijference between homo sapiens and animais, the imaginary define the symbolic-organizational competences of individual and groups, organized the experience and individual and social human acts.
