Resumo Português:
Neste artigo, busco contribuir para os atuais debates sobre a formação dos educadores da infância, diante da efervescência da temática, principalmente depois da incorporação desse segmento de ensino no Fundeb. Nesse sentido, apresento algumas reflexões com base no processo de formação das educadoras da infância de uma creche comunitária de Belo Horizonte, para repensar as propostas de formação, considerando a necessidade do diálogo dos diversos centros de formação com essas instituições que, historicamente, construíram a Educação Infantil das camadas populares desta cidade.

This article proposes to give a contribution to the current debates on the
formation of primary educators by considering the high importance
assigned to this theme, specially after the incorporation of this teaching
segment into FUNDEB. In this sense, some insights are presented based
on the formation process of primary educators who teach in a
communitarian crèche in Belo Horizonte, towards rethinking formation
proposals while taking into consideration the need of a dialogue between
the several formation centers and these institutions, which have historically
contributed to the education of children from the popular layers of this city.

L’article cherche apporte des contributions aux débats actuels sur la
formation des éducateurs et des éducatrices de la petite-enfance tout en
considérant la vive agitation suscitée par l’incorporation de ce secteur
d’enseignement auprès du FUNDEB. On présente ici quelques réflexions
basées sur le processus de formation des éducateurs et des éducatrices
d’une crèche de Belo Horizonte. On propose également de remettre en
question les propositions relatives à la formation de ces professionnels, et
pour ce faire on met en évidence le besoin de dialogue entre les divers
centres de formation et les crèches qui, elles, ont contribué historiquement
à l’Education Infantile dans les couches populaires de la ville.
