Este trabalho descreve uma proposta pedagógica na qual as disciplinas de Artes Visuais e de Desenho Geométrico procuraram aliar a sensibilidade estética aos recursos técnicos e tecnológicos na criação de trabalhos plásticos. A prática educativa envolveu o estudo das estéticas barroca e modernista brasileiras, bem como a análise da influência da cultura portuguesa e do grafismo do arquiteto Athos Bulcão na azulejaria brasileira.
This paper describes a pedagogical proposal in which the disciplines of Visual Arts and Geometric Drafting sought to combine the aesthetic sensibility to technical and technological resources in creating plastic works. The educational practice involved the study of Baroque and Modernist aesthetics in Brazil, as well as the analysis of the influence of portuguese culture and the design of the architect Athos Bulcão in brazilian tiling.
